The high-powered Clayton Steam generator is the world’s most compact, efficient, responsive and safest means of producing high quality steam. Industrial steam generators range in size from 100 kW to 12.7 MW and steam flows from 157 kg/h to 20 354 kg/h. Pressure design ratings are available up to 140 bar.g. Clayton offers all their fired steam generators with fully modulating automatic PLC based controls and servo actuated burner management systems. These compact, highly efficient industrial steam boilers come with several more benefits than traditional Water-Tube and Fire-Tube boilers. Their unique controlled-flow/counter-flow heat exchanger design allows these industrial steam boilers to start up and respond to system load changes very rapidly while maintaining system pressures. Controlling internal water flows allows management of TDS build-up and its disposal in a concentrated flow, greatly reducing wasted heat, chemicals and water. Because this is done without a large pressure vessel, the potential of steam explosions is effectively eliminated from the boiler room.

Low NOx burner systems are available to meet the strictest regulations down to 6 ppm. Skid mounting, containerizing and other options are also available to meet any specific project requirements.
